Now that I have a webcam I am looking for videoconferencing software
that allows people on different platforms to chat. That is linux-only
software is no more useful than windows-only.
The nearest thing I have found is openmash and the projects closely
related to it. It does seem to work though looses out in user-
friendliness somewhat.
I don't fully understand H323 but have read that it is used even by
Microsoft. Does this mean that a gnomemeeting user should be able to
chat to a netmeeting one ?
