Hi zyfeng and Kilian,
Bad news, the only way to staticaly link gnomemeeting is to manually modify
the Makefile located in gnomemeeting/src.
You can try to add -static in CXX flags but it could not be enought.
During tests, I had to manually replace -lopenh323 by
/home/xxxx/openh323/lib/h323_linux_xxxx.a
