[GnomeMeeting-list] redhat 9.0 and mutex problem?

Hi

	anyone managed to get GM to run under RH9? I'm getting a mutex
error:

bsh paulb ra ~ 5 $ gnomemeeting
PMutex acquired whilst locked by another thread
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

it gets as far as the splash screen and hangs (obviously waiting).
this was from a running 8.0 system...
