I think there are sample rules in the GnomeMeeting FAQ. Please check
them.
Yes, I have read the FAQ. I'm not a noob.. I never ask in the ML when I can
have answers in FAQ... :P But now, I have tried all, without results.

Can you define "Doesn't work" ?
Your problem is very vague... Does it mean that you can connect and then
you receive no video/audio or does it mean you can not connect at all?
What is your error message in that case?
I can see the traffic from users (UDP traffic), but the remote window on
gnomemeeting is alway grey. In other words, no image.
So, yes I have a communication with them. They can see me, but I cannot see
them.

What do you mean by "can not see ppl"? Do you mean "Can not see the
video of people I'm connecting to"?
Exactly.

That's UDP.
Exaclty.
But, when an UDP packet reach the non-existent port (no opened for example)
the machine will return a ICMP error message.
That never happen in this case, I have received all ports, they are all
forwarded in range 5000-5003 and between 30000-30010. Also, on port 1720 if
they call me.

Yes, except if you are misconfigured. Make sure IP translation is active
with the right IP. Make sure the persons you are connecting to are
well-configured.
Yes, they are configured... I can send to you my tcpdump files, screenshot
of my configurations from gnomemeeting, and others userful informations you
will need, because I know they are all OK :-/ I have checked theses
configurations many times...
Finally, I my original post, I told you when I connect with gnomemeeting
user, it's work pefectly, but not with netmeeting users.
Thanks!
