[GnomeMeeting-list] Question about Updates

I have the following RPM's that I want to load:

gnomemeeting-2003.11.23-CVS.i386.rpm
gnomemeeting-2003.11.23-CVS.src.rpm
libxml2-2.6.2-1.i386.rpm
libxml2-2.6.2-1.src.rpm
libxml2-devel-2.6.2-1.i386.rpm
openh323-1.12.4-CVS.i386.rpm
openh323-1.12.4-CVS.src.rpm
openh323-devel-1.12.4-CVS.i386.rpm
pwlib-1.5.5-CVS.i386.rpm
pwlib-1.5.5-CVS.src.rpm
pwlib-devel-1.5.5-CVS.i386.rpm

The command I used was 
     rpm -Uvh libxml2* pwlib* openh323* gnomemeeting*

And I got the following error. This is the second time I have tried
to update Gnomemeeting.

error: Failed dependencies:
	libxml2 = 2.5.4 is needed by (installed) libxml2-python-2.5.4-1
	libpt_linux_x86_r.so.1.5.4 is needed by (installed) openh323-1.12.4-CVS
	libpt_linux_x86_r.so.1.5.4 is needed by (installed) openh323-devel-1.12.4-CVS

I have looked around to see why and cannot determine the reason except
that I am missing something from RedHat that should have been on
on Redhat 9.0 Operating System. Can anyone help me.
