[GnomeMeeting-list] register to ils

i am new to gnomemeeting and i try to connect to a ils that supports 
mostly ms netmeeting. what i have to do, that this ils register me so
that i am been seen by the other users?

and a other question: how do other gnomemeeting users a chat, when they
have a meeting with somebody who has ms netmeeting?

have somebody any hints for me?
