Sorry, I had a problem with the internationalisation :)
The questions should have read:
How long is one GSM Frame (or how many ip packets does Gnomemeeting send
each second, if 1 GSM frame is selected in the preferences)?
How long is one G.711 Frame (or how many ip packets does Gnomemeeting
send each second, if 1 G.711 frame is selected in the preferences)?
Background of the question is, that I want to calculate the overall rate
needed for IP-Traffic including the codec.
