Hi, I'm a Gnomemeeting user and now I have 2 problems:
- I'm using a web cam based on STV680 and when I use with gnomemeeting
the image is croped. Instead of ocupying all the area in the window,
there is a small area in the bottom and rigth of the image.
//DMESG OUTPUT
stv680.c: [stv680_set_size:810] STV(i): size request for 176 x 144
stv680.c: [stv680_set_size:833] STV(e): request for non-supported size:
request: v.width = 176, v.height = 144 actual: stv.width = 320,
stv.height = 240
stv680.c: [stv680_set_size:810] STV(i): size request for 160 x 120
stv680.c: [stv680_set_size:842] STV(i): size set to 160 x 120
This is the dmesg output. I think the problem is here. What do you think
I should do? Try to fix the bug in the driver or is a gnomemeeting bug?
-Sound problem. It's not a sound problem, but a audio codec problem. I'm
trying to speak with some friends using Netmetting under WindowsXP. And
there is something strange. With some of them I can use the codec G711
but with one I can only use MS-GSM.
Where do you think that is the problem?
I'm really not sure how to resolve this. The Codec G711 is much better
than MSGSM and I can't understand anything when I'm using MS-GSM.
Thank you for the help
Ricardo
