Apparently the H.245 channel is deciding to close the H.261 receive
thread. But it doesn't tell why. My guess is that for one reason or
another, the Radvision is closing it.

I've had several reports of people being happy of the GM interaction
with Radvision, but to be honest, I think you are here on your own.
I can't help much :(

If you can have debug output from the Radvision it could help too.
