I don't understand what you say... putting a binary in a bin dir has
never been enough to run it...

You're supposed to do something like:
openmcu -v -n --listenport 31415

With perhaps something like "--audio-loopback room101" for testing
purposes. "openmcu -h |less" is helpful to understand what these options
mean.
