You shouldn't try to compile and install GnomeMeeting by yourself if you
are not used to do things of that kind, because it is still very complex
and a bad compilation could result in an unstable copy. Please try to
use the precompiled binaries found on our website.

Well, the first error is that pkg-config is not installed and the error
message gives you the URL where to find it. For the other libraries,
they can be found on ftp.gnome.org, but I guess that your distribution
vendor is shipping with them.
