Yes, if you have a very low bandwidth, you should only use Speex 8k or
LPC10, but I have some severe doubts that it will work together with
video.

Actually you can disable and change the order of the codecs, that
permits you to make sure you don't use the codecs that do not work well
for you.

Personally, I keep all codecs selected.
