Can you provide a debug 3 output and give the exact error message
reported by GnomeMeeting 0.98.5?

Perhaps your gatekeeper doesn't support recent H.323 version, if it is
the case, you can also try to register with Fast Start and H.245
Tunneling being both disabled.
