After some search this is what I've come up with:
mbone tools still abound, though, outdated.
Tkabber is attempting to get a whiteboard going, but no video-chat that
I can see.
Coccinella has a very good whiteboard, but no video-chat.
Remote Language Teaching (ReLaTe) is based off of the mbone tools, and
can do white-boarding as well as video chat of up to eight people at one
time.
Looks like we may be juggling several apps, or rolling our own <argh!>
