Netmeeting doesn't use exactly the same codecs as gnomemeeting. Polycom
problems have been reported here and there with certain model on this
mailing list without having been fixed.

However, I know some models work. And I also remember a mail on one of
the openh323 mailing lists (either on www.openh323.org or
openh323.sf.net) with a possible fix to H.261 in openh323. 
The patch was not applied to CVS iirc, and it was a mail from last month
or this month. I can't find it at the moment, but Derek (in CC) should
remember if there was a following to the proposed patches.
