That means your NAT gateway is misconfigured or you forgot to enable IP
translation in the gnomemeeting preferences.

That means there is probably no common codec between you and her. Did
she install MS-GSM from :
http://www.gnomemeeting.org/index.php?rub=5&path=windows/netmeeting-gsm

Future versions of GM will also add support for Speex for Windows.

You could also make her install myphone from myphone.sf.net
