I just read from http://www-mobile.ecs.soton.ac.uk/peter/h261/h261.html to
know about H.261. and can see informations here.
But, why Philips driver for Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 have *BIG gray border*
in QCIF and CIF mode? Does any one know how to *reduce* the border ? It's not
beautiful ...
