If the server only allows netmeeting clients, and it refused your 
GNOMEMeeting client - thats a working feature (of the remote ILS server).

ILS registration, et al. in GNOMEMeeting works great.

Potentially you could hack GNOMEMeeting so it claims to be Netmeeting?  I 
have no idea what potential problems that would create.
