yes, i'm in these 2 groups:

demo is an account create for test. GnomeMeeting works fine in demo count.

And the problem is the same with the use of soundcard microphone.
To be more precise, when i perform tests, a new window appears (in demo
account), which shows the level of my voice.
With marmotte account, this window doesn't appears. It freeze just after
i've pushed the button "Test".
