Hi Emmanuel,

If you can find a termination provider who uses H.323, it should work. 
Gnomemeeting is "just" an H.323 endpoint.  Most of the termination 
providers offering retail service are SIP only.

If you have a full duplex sound card, it will work.  This one of the 
reasons we (Quicknet AKA Microtelco) support Gnomemeeting.

Are you having a particular problem with Microtelco?  If so, please feel 
free to contact me off list so I can help you resolve them.
