Hi, if I'm not mistaken the show/hide of a windows application is a question of the windows manager. If the application freezes the content of that window doesn't refresh. I had a similar situation in fedora 1, but my problem was a question of the camera kernel driver ( don't know exactly which problem ). But if the problem is the same, shouldn't the application ( GM ) have a timeout to communicate to a device, in order to present my situation ( or other like it )? Cya.
