Hi all. I got a polycom vsx7000 at work this week and i tried to make a call between gnomemeeting and the polycom unit. if i call from GM i can connect to the polycom unit however the video from polycom breaksup alot it doesnt seem to refresh correctly. on the polycom side im lucky if i get one frame every 2 minutes acording to the statistics in GM im sending lots of video data but not really receivng alot of data. but the polycom unit shows me as not dropping any data but receiving negative data. If i call from polycom to GM the call does not get connected correctly. has anyone been succesful with this combination? sound worked great . but video is messed up. 8:23:41 Started GnomeMeeting 1.1.99 for user dennis 18:23:41 Opening video device Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 with plugin V4L 18:23:42 Successfully opened video device Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000, channel 0 18:23:47 Calling h323:10.1.1.162 18:23:49 Opened USB Device 0x46d:0x8b2 for recording with plugin ALSA 18:23:49 Opened codec G.711-uLaw-64k for transmission 18:23:49 Opened codec H.261-(Q)CIF for transmission 18:23:49 Connected with Training using VSX 7000 Release 7.0.1 - 27Jul2004 21:54 181/9009 18:23:49 Opened Intel 82801DB-ICH4 for playing with plugin ALSA 18:23:49 Opened codec G.711-uLaw-64k for reception 18:23:49 Opened codec H.261-(Q)CIF for reception 18:30:39 Closed codec H.261-(Q)CIF which was opened for transmission 18:30:39 Closed codec G.711-uLaw-64k which was opened for reception 18:30:39 Closed codec H.261-(Q)CIF which was opened for reception 18:30:39 Closed codec G.711-uLaw-64k which was opened for transmission 18:30:39 Remote user cleared the call 18:30:41 Opening video device Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 with plugin V4L 18:30:42 Successfully opened video device Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000, channel 0 18:30:55 Call from Training 18:31:01 Answering incoming call 18:31:41 Call not answered in the required time 18:31:44 Opening video device Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 with plugin V4L 18:31:45 Successfully opened video device Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000, channel 0
