[GnomeMeeting-list] funny sympthoms on SuSE9.1/i386

Dear Listers,
I have been testing Intel865PERLK m-board with SuSE/i386 for
GM workstation for a few weeks.
Until this morning, everything seemed to go fine.
But, this morning it happened that
(1) The banner shows `Gnomemeeting <2>', although it is the only
gnomemeeting process;
(2)  I can play sound events, but when I try to connect to somewhere,
the ringing tone does not work. 
(3)  I do not see in the bottom of the GM's window some numbers of
Audio out/in and Video out/in.
(4)  Nonetheless, the connection itself seems to ba al'right---I
can see videos of both side and I can talk with the oppsoite side.
But, I am interested in what is happening now in my PC.

I wonder if there is any clue to find out why.
