Read and understand the LARTC to know what you're > doing. It's a powerful sword, but only the wise can use it successful. Yes, that's right, but ISPs often allow a little more than 128Kbit. I have a 512k/128k ADSL connection, and it works fine (in fact, without shaping, I can upload at ~134kbit). That said, if you're still having problem with your modem, you can try to shape your bandwith at a lower rate. Regards, strawks
