I'm not really sure about that, the best is probably to try. You can
compile gnomemeeting with --disable-gnome to minimize the performances.
I remember having run the first release of GnomeMeeting on a Pentium
133MHz with 32MB of RAM without problem. But 486 is perhaps too short
for video and audio (it has to encode and decode), but the best is to
try.

Yes I guess so. It shouldn't take more than 20 to 40 MB when compiled
without gnome.

that will launch Netmeeting on windows.
