Well that's the most appealing option. Let's have a main window to control 
everything (URL line, dialpad, probably phone book or roster) and then have a 
resizable window for video output and local feedback. There should be a full 
screen option which shows the remote video only (without local feed back) as 
I can imagine to direct it to the TV and sit on the couch instead in front of 
the PC.

That's OK. It'd be great if thats an option (as it is now)

Not such a good idea because dial pad and application belong together - the 
video is something you'd adjust to you (as you do with your TV or your 
camera).
