As for the current difficulty I observe on my side is following:
Please do remember I cannot see the error log of the remote PC.

(1) The remote PC is set up in a way that it uses usb-audio speaker,
and usb mic attatched to webcam.  This PC has got a global ip.
(2) When I make a call from my desktop, I can see the oposite side,
and hear the sound thereof.  But, the other side  may not see
me, and they say they do not hear me.
(3) I do not know if there is any popup on the remote PC.
(Probably not.)
(4)  I am sure my desktop PC sends out audio stream, for I tested
connecting to several other places and all worked fine.

(5) Until the end of this week, I cannot visit the remote PC,
so that all I can do is to try set up the remote PC by way of
vncserver/vncviewer and try a remote reboot.
Is there any good idea?
