apt-get install gnomemeeting
Is it the right way, isn't?

I did so, and now I get the opened URL from
Tools / PC->telephone user account /
URL for make the PC->telephone user account. Thanks!
But the Help button still don't show the documentation.
Or perhaps there isn't at all the help documentation?
