Afraid I'm stuck on the very first step....
Using precompiled patched ffmpeg - I'm unable to install it at all.

in ffmpeg 0.4.7 I do a ,/configure and get this:

Creating config.mak and config.h
config.h is unchanged

Then I assume that since it's precompiled I don't need to do a make and 
then make install so do a make install:

I can go no further and install OpenH323 without the patched ffmpeg so 
what's causing my problems? Thanks.
