It should ship with the YDL installation CD. From there, you can install
it as any other software on YDL, using RPM (I think).

That's impossible, Skype is using a proprietary protocol. GnomeMeeting
is currently compatible with any H.323 software. Next release will also
be compatible with SIP software (including Windows Messenger, not MSN
Messenger).
