Hello,

I'm not an rpm expert, but I think you have to :
- use rpm -Uvh
- put several packages on the same command line

You need those packages :

gnomemeeting-1.2.0-2.2.101mdk.i586.rpm
libopenh323_1-1.15.2-2mdk.i586.rpm
libopenh323_1-plugins-1.15.2-2mdk.i586.rpm
libpwlib1-1.8.3-2.1.101mdk.i586.rpm
libpwlib1-plugins-1.8.3-2.1.101mdk.i586.rpm
