Yes, but you have to add a few lines of code in src/endpoint.cpp, method
"AddVideoCapabilities".

Those lines of code are given on voxgratia.org. Put them before the H.261
capabilities and H.263 will have the priority.

Now that patents have been rejected in Europe, we will be able to do
something when I'm back, perhaps for GnomeMeeting 1.2.2.

Yes it is the SIP version, without video support.
