Hello, I have a working gnomemeeting-1.2.1 from the 20050323 CVS snapshot. I am working to make that compile/install cleanly on Gentoo, but stumbled upon "the meaning" of --enable-sdl/--disable-sdl in gnomemeeting... If it is either enabled or disabled the configure script does one and the same (result is: "SDL Fullscreen support : disabled" and SEGFAULTS later). If neither of these is present "SDL Fullscreen support" is enabled". May be there is something that is not making it into the output of ./configure? Here is the diff between "normal" and enabled configure: ====== --- normal 2005-03-30 03:09:50.000000000 +0900 +++ enable 2005-03-30 03:11:32.000000000 +0900 @@ -132,9 +132,7 @@ checking for main in -lopenh323... yes checking for Openh323 version... 1.17.2 checking for Quicknet support in OpenH323... yes -checking whether SDL support must be compiled in... yes -checking for sdl-config... /usr/bin/sdl-config -checking for SDL - version >= 1.2.4... yes +checking whether SDL support must be compiled in... no checking for LDAP includes in /usr/include/... checking for /usr/include/ldap.h... yes checking for main in -lldap... yes @@ -195,7 +193,7 @@ ptlib-config is : /usr/bin/ptlib-config Quicknet support : enabled - SDL Fullscreen support : enabled + SDL Fullscreen support : disabled DBUS support : disabled Zeroconf support : disabled ====== Which is normal or better or whatever?
