I think you should ask this question to the gatekeeper guys. Apparently
the gatekeeper is detecting you are natted and is acting in consequence.
I'm interested in the backtraces though.

Try with G.711 to make sure. MS-GSM is a bit buggy, but again, it could
be the gatekeeper configuration at fault. (but the configuration seems
correct).
