My guess is that the gatekeeper will accept an empty gatekeeper ID, but
if it is non-empty then it must be in the correct form. Given the ID is
all digits, it is probably being converted to a dialedDigits, whereas
the GK probably wants it as a h323ID.

so what is the problem, exactly?
