Hi,

Some Polycoms just don't seem to work with GM in some situations.  We have 
an FX model and a 512 model polycom.   The 512 works fine both ways, but 
the FX will only connect (as I remember) when it calls GM, not when GM 
calls it (I may have this reversed).  I pursued a solution for a while & 
finally decided to just use the one that works all the time ;)

I'm fascinated by your idea to use the image output to transmit powerpoint. 
 Assuming you get the image transmission to work, have you figured a way 
to "advance" the slides, or jpegs as I guess you'll be using?  It really is 
a pain to send powerpoint over polycom, so if this works it would be a 
pretty nifty solution.
