iLBC. Since receiving your response, I started playing around with the order
of preference for the audio codecs. I was able to establish normal
connections with the PCMA, PCMU and GSM codecs. Looking at debug output, I
noticed that there seemed to be far more jitter messages when connecting to
fwd than to gnomemeeting using the iLBC codec. Increasing the jitter buffer
size to 1000 did nothing to improve the fwd connection.

If you like, I'll try sending a debug output if you can tell me how to capture
it. Redirection to a file didn't seem to work and I couldn't find a log
file.
