That's not right.

One unique STUN server is enough for all accounts. Using several STUN servers 
doesn't really make sense.

You can use several accounts, that works.

Please do not configure an "outbound proxy" if you are using STUN, they 
are conflicting technics. Either you use an "outbound proxy" or STUN, but
not both. If your system works with STUN (Cono NAT), no need to use an
"outbound proxy" as it gives in general worse quality.
