There can be several causes to the problem :
- Bad network connection between your PC2Phone provider and your
computer
- Bad provider which is overloaded
- You are using ALSA and DMIX, DMIX adds much latency if not configured
properly. If you are using the "Default" device and your soundcard only
supports one channel, then DMIX is automatically used. Check
http://wiki.ekiga.org for hints about DMIX, or do not use DMIX at all
(ie do not use the "Default" soundcard).
