That is your driver's fault. Ekiga requests QCIF size to the driver. If
the driver doesn't support QCIF size, then Ekiga will capture in any
other size and resize the picture.

However, spca5xx tells it supports QCIF and instead of sending back a
resized image, sends back a cropped image.
