Nevermind, I re-installed libdv and libdv-deb aind worked again.
Thanks for helping me again. Now i'm trying to add h.263, opal is 
already compiled with --enable-h263avcodec=dir-of-ffmpeg-libs. I'm 
guessing what to do next, maybe adding some lines to endpoints/manager.cpp?
