[gnomemm] libgnomeprintmm started

There's the initial skeleton of a project in
gnomemm/libgnomeprintmm
in GNOME's cvs.

I just copied gnome-vfsmm and changed things appropriately. I have
wrapped almost nothing, and there is still a few vfs bits here and
there. It doesn't completely build because the example is a gnome-vfs
example.

I encourage anybody to do some work on this. Start by adding wrappers
(add .hg and .ccg files) and add wrappers for methods, signals, etc. Ask
if you need help. Look at the other *mm projects for examples, and look
in gtkmm/docs/internals if you want more in-depth information.

libgnomeprint is not yet part of the official GNOME developer platform,
but it probably will be in the near future. Lots of people seem to be
interested in it.
