Installation problems

Trying to build gnumeric 0.60 results in a number of files missing, 
either because they have changed, or installed incorrectly.

Firstly, the file 

%{prefix}/share/oaf/gnumeric.oafinfo 

has been changed to GNOME_Gnumeric.oafinfo

Secondly, this is from memory so there might be a few missing, but this 
should apply to all installations, the templates and idl directories 
are missing the / between the version number and the directory.  That 
is the templates get installed into 0.60templates rather than 
0.60/templates (Note: that is an assumption I made, if I am wrong, the 
the rpm spec file needs to be updated).
