I should add to this that when compiling Gnumeric 0.61
from source tarball, configure didn't warn me gnome-db

in my machine wasn't up-to-date enough.

The problem appeared because gdaclient.h couldn't be 
found during compilation (not sure, not writing this
from my box ). I guess that file appears only after
0.1.0 ( I had 0.0.95 ), when gnome-db was splitted.

Of course, as I discovered (guessed) the problem I 
downloaded and installed the correct library, but 
think that the automake/autoconf stuff should be fixed
to handle this correctly.

Should I fill a bug? Where? bugzilla or
bugs.gnome.org?
