Hmm, we have had reports of problems with RH7.2. It does not get
along with with some versions of gnome-print. At issue is the
handling of font encodings. Newer versions of gnome-print are more
flexible, but your best bet may be to ensure that you have installed
fonts that support your selected encoding (eg 8859-15 or 8859-1 vs
ascii).
