Gnumeric 0.67

Gnumeric 0.67 seems to have been released without much comment on this
list. I installed it because I was excited that Gnumeric at last has an
official build in which it includes basic embedding functionality like
graphs (via Bonobo).

Unfortunately not all is well. Absolutely every file I created with
previous versions crashes this version during loading.
Absolutely every XLS file I can find crashes during loading
Many (but not all) actions in Gnumeric crash it immediately, e.g.
applying background color style to things.

Everything else on my system (Mozilla, X-Chat, GNU devel tools) is
running fine, so I think you can rule out hardware.

Is it the Ximian builds at fault (gnumeric-0.67-ximian.1.i586.rpm) ?
I can test the source tarballs if someone believes it will help.
