Hi,Attached is a diff file to analysis-tools.c finishing the implementation of the 2-way ANOVA with replication. As apparently original intended this ANOVA is restricted to the case of equal sample sizes (in each cell). The calculation for unequal sample sizes is somewhat more complicated but I may still have a look at an implementation.
