translation, locale: de

Hi,
It seems to me that the translations for locale de are somewhat out of
date and (in the data analysis section) are occasionally incorrect.
SInce I did learn stats orginally in German I am willing to fix those
translations. (I know that these translations are contained in po/de.po)
but what is the official procedure to help with these translations.
