gnumeric 0.71 and gnome-print 0.30

Has anyone had any luck with this combination?

Print preview just prints squares where letters are supposed to be.

I see this repeatedly:

** WARNING **: Application is sending data but did not call 'beginpage'

** CRITICAL **: file gnome-print.c: line 954 (gnome_print_beginpage): assertion `!pc->has_page' failed.

And all Postscript output is blank.

Any ideas?
