If you are installing from source then there are 2 likely problems
1) you need the libole-devel pacakge
2) you installed libole in a different prefix, use GNOME_PATH to
   find it

both have been covered on the list before.

If you are installing an rpm, then you're out of luck.  The two rpms
clearly don't match for some reason.
